Del Anderson
Del served in the NHS Ambulance service for 25 years as a Paramedic, in London and Yorkshire, gaining experience on various major incidents in London from Terrorists bombings, civil disorder and Chemical incidents.
Later moving to Yorkshire, del went on to become a work base trainer and assessor and gained a foundation degree in Paramedic Science at Teeside university. He spent the last 10 years of his career working on a rapid response unit supporting the rural community of North Yorkshire.
Experience and qualifications
Since retiring in 2013, Del has worked full-time in the Event, Film and Television industries.
He has over 20 years experience within these industries from medical support, medical management and Event and Production Safety.
He's worked globally on TV, film and events for major distributors and Production. Supporting through planning, preparations, on location and wrap.
In 2012 he had the honour of being part of the Safety team supporting the Queens Diamond Jubilee at Buckingham Palace.
Del Holds an NVQ level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice and is a Graduate member of The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. He has further qualification and experience in Fire safety, Food hygiene, Crowd safety, stage pyrotechnics and Safety Boats operations.
He has continued to keep his Paramedic registration with the health & care professions council.
