Del Anderson

Del served in the NHS Ambulance service for 25 years as a Paramedic, in London and Yorkshire, gaining experience on various major incidents in London from Terrorists bombings, civil disorder and Chemical incidents. 

Later moving to Yorkshire he spent the last 10 years of his career working on a rapid response unit supporting the rural community of North Yorkshire.

 

Since retiring in 2013,Del has worked full-time in the Event, Film and Television industries.

He has over 20 years experience within these industries from medical support, medical management and Event and Production Safety.

 

He's worked globally on TV, film and events for major distributors and Production. Supporting through planning, preparations, on location and wrap.

In 2012 he had the honour of being part of the Safety team supporting the Queens Diamond Jubilee at Buckingham Palace.

Del Holds an NVQ level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice and is a Graduate member of The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. He has further qualification and experience in Fire safety, Food hygiene, Crowd safety, stage pyrotechnics and continues to be a registered Paramedic with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)  

 

Adrian Baker

Adrian has a background of 6 years service with the British Army; his duties took him worldwide including active service in the first Gulf war and with the United Nations.

Upon his departure from the Army Adrian spent 4 years with Dorset Fire and Rescue Service as a retained Firefighter and at this time also joined the NHS Ambulance service qualifying as a Paramedic.

During his fourteen years with the NHS Adrian not only carried out his medical emergency response duties, he was also a Clinical support officer and Lead Paramedic for the education team. 

He has continued to keep his medical registration with the health care professions council UK

 

He started within health and safety, and gaining Tech IOSH Accreditation for the media in 2015 working on location within remote environments for a range of television programmes both reality and documentary style, of which involved him providing production safety and managing safety teams.

Over this time has also become experienced with many drama series and films of which involved all aspects of Health and safety both in planning and filming on location. 

 

Adrian is also an experienced qualified AET trainer having many HEFAT (Hostile environment and first aid) Courses behind him with both the media and NGO organisations, with a flexible approach to teaching allowing him to ensure that the delegates always finish their course in the knowledge they have all their questions answered.

 

Other 

With a vast knowledge of the world Adrian has covered each environment and has developed a range of survival skills enabling to survive and instruct theses skills within all Temperate, Jungle, desert and artic conditions. To assist his safety role Adrian is an experienced Advance powerboat operator and 4X4 driver.


 

Most recently travels have taken him to Gaza, Africa, Central and South America, Indonesia, Siberia, the Middle East and Asia
